5. Admin Portal: Secure admin interface for authorized personnel (IP-whitelisted)

The Website is provided free of charge to users tracking shipments related to WorldSkills Asia Taipei 2025.

3. Service Scope

3.1 Eligible Shipments

This tracking system is exclusively for:

• Cargo related to WorldSkills Asia Taipei 2025 event
• Shipments managed by authorized logistics providers
• Competition equipment, materials, and exhibition cargo

3.2 Tracking Access

• No registration required for public tracking
• Tracking available via tracking number or QR code
• Admin access restricted by IP whitelist to authorized personnel only
• Admin portal requires authentication credentials

3.3 Service Period

• Service active for WorldSkills Asia Taipei 2025 event period
• Historical tracking data may be retained for up to 2 years post-event
• Service may be discontinued after event completion with 30 days notice

4. User Responsibilities
